The candidate must be able to provide a welcoming and efficient service to all our clients, work well in a fast paced environment and work well as part of a team.
The position is for a 32 hour week, over four days, plus one in four Saturday mornings. Possibility of additional hours in the week for cover for the right candidate as and when required.

They have a new job opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their established good-rated service, based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. This neuro rehab service provides specialist care to individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and complex care needs.
Responsibilities
-Conduct advanced assessments of patients with complex physical and cognitive needs.
-Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address functional deficits and promote independence.
-Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and speech therapists.
-Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
-Provide clinical supervision and support to junior occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants.
-Oversee the professional development and performance reviews of junior staff.
-Lead and participate in service development projects to improve the quality of care provided.
-Implement and evaluate new treatment approaches and technologies.
