Join Hitchin youth wellbeing charity Phase in an epic challenge says director Kieran Murphy

Over the past few years, we have embarked on extraordinary endeavors to make a difference, raise funds, and create awareness for the impactful work of Phase.

And guess what? This year is no exception!

On Friday, June, starting at 10 am and continuing until Saturday, June 10, 10 am, I, along with you (hopefully!), will be undertaking a monumental feat: scaling the towering height of Mount Everest, a staggering 8,849 meters!

But here's the twist—instead of braving the treacherous peaks, we'll be tackling the challenge right here in Hitchin at Archers Fitness Centre, using the incline on two treadmills.

Now, pause for a moment and ask yourself, are you up for this once-in-a-lifetime challenge?

Imagine the exhilaration of conquering Everest, pushing your limits, and achieving something extraordinary.

This is your opportunity to be part of an awe-inspiring event that combines fitness, charity, and a thrilling adventure.
