Marcus Rashford shares Hitchin Nub News story on Chicken George's offer of free food for hungry youngsters to his 3.7m Twitter followers

Marcus Rashford has shared Hitchin Nub News' story about Chicken George's generous offer to feed hungry children this half term with his 3.7m Twitter followers.

The Manchester United and England striker, who is fast earning a deserved reputation as a social campaigner after his crusade to ensure no child goes hungry, retweeted our article about the Bancroft chicken shop's kind-hearted offer.

The chicken shop on Bancroft have said they will feed any child that goes to their shop from Tuesday to Friday between 2pm to 4pm.

Owner Chris Cheah told Hitchin Nub News"we are all in this together."
