With fraudsters banking scams on the rise, Herts Police are holding a number of events in Hitchin to help people avoid falling victim to thieves.
Scam awareness events in banks in Hitchin
There will be a series of scam awareness events in various banks in Hitchin.
Officers will be on hand to give advice about scams, fraud and protecting your money.
On Monday, November 21, officers we will be in Nat West on Hitchin High Street, from 10am-12pm
On Monday, November 28, police will be in Lloyds on Hitchin High Street from 10am-12pm
On Wednesday, December 7 Herts constabulary will be in Barclays from 10am-12pm
Herts Police say to Hitchin residents: "Do pop along for advice and tips on keeping your money safe."
