Standalone Farm in Letchworth is getting into the spooky spirit this October, with its biggest Halloween programme yet featuring an expanded pumpkin patch, creepy crawlies, toasted marshmallows and special twilight events.
The popular family attraction is welcoming visitors for Stan's Halloween Spooktacular, with a packed programme of autumn activities and Halloween-themed entertainment aimed particularly at children aged ten and under.
One of the biggest changes this year is the farm's pumpkin patch, which has almost doubled in size and has been relocated to a new area near the maze.
Families will be able to explore the expanded patch as part of a visit packed with seasonal activities and spooky surprises.
Among the attractions are fires for toasted marshmallows, creepy crawlies and Halloween craft activities, with the crafts available free of charge and without the need for advance booking.

The farm is also introducing special twilight experiences, allowing visitors to enjoy the Halloween atmosphere after dark.
These separately bookable evening events will feature atmospheric lighting around the farm, alongside stunt horse entertainment, offering families a different way to experience the attraction.
Another addition is Stan the Lamb, the farm's new mascot, who will be dressing up for the Halloween celebrations and meeting young visitors.
Promoting this year's event, Standalone Farm said: "This October, we're delighted to welcome you to Stan's Halloween Spooktacular, our biggest Halloween programme yet.
"Our Pumpkin Patch is back and bigger and better than ever. We've packed the farm with autumn adventures, spooky surprises and unforgettable family experiences."
The programme has been designed with younger families in mind, particularly those with children up to the age of ten, combining traditional autumn activities with Halloween-themed fun.
With its larger pumpkin patch, new mascot and special evening entertainment, the farm is hoping to make this year's celebrations its biggest yet.
Families planning to visit are advised to check the farm's booking information, particularly for the separately ticketed twilight experiences.
Stan's Halloween Spooktacular takes place at Standalone Farm in Letchworth throughout October.
