Hitchin Town announce pre-season clash against Luton Town

The Canaries have revealed they will host near-neighbours Luton Town this summer for a pre-season friendly.

Mark Burke's Top Field outfit will welcome the Championship side to Fishponds Road next month as they gear up for the 2022-23 season.

The match will take place on Friday, July 1, with a 7pm kick-off. The annual game is set to be well attended with tickets on sale from June 17.

Hitchin Town added: "We are delighted to confirm that we will be hosting Luton Town."

The club will also be hosting former Canary Brett Donnelly and his Stotfold team on Saturday, July 23
