Full-time League Two: Carlisle United 0-0 Stevenage

Stevenage FC consolidate second spot in League Two after hard-earned point at Carlisle United.

With ten games to go, Steve Evans Boro gained a valuable point in their hunt for promotion from League Two.

The Broadhall Way outfit consolidated second place after their goalless draw at Brunton Park.

They remain six points behind leaders Leyton Orient who were surprisingly held 2-2 by relegation strugglers Colchester United, who came back from two goals down with a matter of seconds remaining.

The result makes it seven points from nine this week for Boro after they beat Crewe 1-0 on Tuesday and Walsall 3-1 last weekend.

Stevenage host Salford City next on Saturday at the Lamex .
