SPIN WITH STROBE CYCLE! 

Did you know there was a private spin studio over at Rock Health & Fitness on Hoo Farm?  

Lisa and Gayle set up their indoor cycling business STROBE CYCLE in July 2022 offering a wide selection of sessions throughout the week with four very experienced and friendly instructors 

STROBE CYCLE can be found at Unit 3 on Hoo Farm between their BULLETPROOF strength training studio and their NEW yoga and mobility MOVE studio. Their Strobe Cycle space is kitted out with brand new bikes which are serviced regularly with a pretty decent sound system and disco lights to make the perfect indoor cycling experience! 

STROBE CYCLE's reputation is very much in line with the Rock fun, friendly and professional approach. All of the instructors teaching here will show you how to set up your bike and they will explain how to build up your fitness in these classes at a level that is suitable for you 

Spin classes can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities and being low impact it makes it much more inclusive. Runners can still get their cardio hit from hill and speed work at these classes so if you're having to rest from running, get involved at spin! 

Since setting up last year, the studio has held some fabulous themed sessions including ENDURE, TEMPO, RETRO, CHEMICAL BROTHERS V PRODIGY, CHASE & STATUS and DISCO SPIN! There really is something for everyone and the team will always look after their newbies to ensure they don't push too hard too soon 

There is no membership commitment at Strobe, you can PAYG or you can buy blocks of 5 or 10 classes to receive a small discount and keep yourself accountable
