My client is seeking a Freelance Clerk of Works ideally with an M&E background covering mechanical works across Hertfordshire. Responsible for numerous projects, the role will initially be 1-2 days per week across commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use building schemes from 1m - 25m in value.
