Job Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment consultants by identifying and engaging top candidates to fill a range of roles across different sectors. You ll play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and building strong candidate relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and approach suitable candidates.
  • Screening Candidates: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure suitability for open roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate, detailed information.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and motivations, providing guidance on suitable opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and other administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential candidates and market opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident phone manner.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and job boards is a plus.
