Class Education can offer fantastic opportunities for SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming Primary and Secondary schools. We are looking for assistants who are committed to fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all students, including those with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support children 1:1 and in small groups, ensuring their individual needs are met.

- Assist with delivering tailored interventions to support learning and emotional well-being

- Help manage challenging behaviours, using appropriate strategies and techniques

- Provide care and supervision during playtimes and other activities

- Confidence in handling a range of SEN and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work closely with other staff to support the development of each child

- A positive attitude, patience, and the drive to make a difference
