We are working with a busy, well-established structural engineering team based in Hitchin who are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join their collaborative, friendly office.

The Role: As a Structural Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects, producing high-quality 3D models and technical drawings using Revit. You will work alongside our structural engineers and other team members, contributing to the successful development of solutions for a wide variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed Revit models and technical drawings for a wide range of projects
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects and contractors to ensure designs are practical, sustainable and cost-effective
- Review and ensure accuracy of drawings and models, coordinating design revisions as needed
- Liaise with external consultants to deliver integrated solutions
- Assist in the production of technical reports and documentation
- Work with the team to resolve project-related issues and ensure timely project delivery
The Person: Proactive, adaptable and technically skilled individual who has experience with Revit and a strong understanding of structural principles. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and confident in liaising with team members and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Revit (essential) and other CAD software
- Experience in structural detailing and working with engineers to deliver accurate drawings
- Good understanding of structural engineering principles and construction processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
