What's the role?

• Being welcoming, friendly and knowing how to create a great experience for our guests
• Being able to use your experience and initiative on setup and close down from service
• Show others the right way to do things in and out of service
• Confidence in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Displaying the ACI values each and every day and working towards our company mission of 'making people happy'
• Must have barista experience
