Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity? Tate has a permanent position available with a Hertfordshire-based property management company to join their small, dedicated team. You'll be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio of 100+ tenants through their tenancy lifespan, providing great service and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities for the Property Manager:

• Conducting check-out/in inspections and preparing reports
• Arranging and overseeing compliance reports (EIRC, Gas Safety, EPC, Legionella, etc.)
• Managing assured shorthold tenancies
• Resolving deposit disputes through deposit resolution services
• Coordinating property maintenance activities with contractors
• Enforcing tenant covenants and performing rent reviews
• Issuing S.21 and S.8 notices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills

We're looking for you to have as a Property Manager:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience working in a small team environment
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of property management legislation
• Full UK driving license and access to a car

Additional Experience:

Any experience in commercial leases, service charges on commercial properties, long leasehold residential tenancies, residential service charges, and/or ARLA qualification would be advantageous.
