Leading county councillor Morris Bright has asked whether firefighters in Hertfordshire should be able to access treatment from private healthcare providers.
The incident occurred around 11.25am on Sunday 7 July, when it is reported that a wallet was taken from inside Twisted Fabric.
The Met Office has put the warning in place until 9am on Tuesday, with disruption to travel predicted.
