Playing with colour and creating harmony

Harmony in a painting is as important as it is in music, and easy to achieve if you know how.

In this two hour workshop, you'll:

explore colour mixing mysteries

discover ways to bring harmony to a discordant set of colours and

create useful reference notes to use in the future.

You'll also find out which colours you really need to make beautiful paintings. This can save you from making unnecessary purchases as you continue your journey with acrylic painting.

Your tutor is local award-winning artist Val Lawson.

Materials will be provided but you may want to bring something to protect your clothes from paint splashes.
