They do need someone with 2+ years experience as a paraplanner in an IFA/restricted setting. But they're happy to train you as well as fund you through exams (Chartered status and Level 4 if you aren't already).Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 but if you're more experienced than above and well qualified, then this bracket is negotiable.
