Job DescriptionRegistered Home Manager (Residential Care)Salary: Up to 45,000We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join our client's team, a well-respected residential care home specialising in elderly care and dementia services. If you have a strong background in home management and a passion for delivering exceptional care, we'd love to hear from you!Requirements:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or above) is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a residential care home, with a strong focus on elderly and dementia care.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, and inspire a team of care professionals.
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and experience achieving positive inspection outcomes.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.

The RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential care home management, a passion for elderly care, and the ability to foster a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership to ensure the smooth running of the care home, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory bodies (CQC).
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, promoting a positive culture that focuses on delivering exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those with dementia.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and transparency.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational activities in line with company policies and CQC regulations.
  • Maintain excellent standards of health and safety and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
