About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a specialist neurological care centre. This role involves coordinating high-quality, person-centred care while also providing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering and delegating care tasks in a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Promoting individual rights, preferences, and dignity
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation
• Supporting a culture of continuous learning through induction and mandatory training
• Encouraging feedback and addressing concerns to enhance service user experience

Qualifications:

• Level 3 in Health and Social Care

Required Skills:

• S/NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent (Essential)
• Numerate, literate, and competent in IT
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with audit processes
• Role-specific competencies

Additional Information:

• Enhanced rates apply:
• 30% for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight)
• 60% for public holidays (24 hours, midnight to midnight)
