This position is for a Customer Service/ Sales Order Coordinator based in Hitchin on a 12 month FTC. The role requires a dedicated team member with an aptitude for customer service, focused on delivering quality results.

Client Details

Our client is a reputable organisation in the Pharmaceuticals industry, with offices based in Hitchin. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join them on a 12 month FTC covering Maternity leave. The successful candidate will have experience within B2B customer service, and sales order processing. This is an integral role within the business, responsible for making sure orders are completed on time and in full, and will involve liaising with all parts of the business to ensure an efficient ordering process.

Description

• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing information, resolving queries, and offering exceptional service.
• Process all customer orders via a system
• Keep in touch with customers on the status of their order, liaising with supply chain and warehouse teams to advise on delivery dates and resolving any potential issues
• Ensure all customer requests are managed promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service and internal efficiency.
• Utilise CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Invoicing customers once an order is placed
• Assisting in documentation with any international orders, liaising with freight forwarders
• Assisting customers with any product or pricing queries

Profile

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

• A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience in an sales order processing role
• Available to start a new role ASAP
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Live locally to Hitchin - the role will be office based for the first few months until training is complete, upon which hybrid working will be an option
