Consumer marketing - Trade and Shopper experience required (5 years plus)

The role will be to build the trade marketing plan, so these elements will be core to the position:
- Brand - how is the brand perceived and how can we 'do it better' from a shopper perspective?
- Digital and online presence do we appear, how, and where do shoppers go next?
- Analysis and insights - are we capturing the customer and how can we do it better?
- POS and distributor support - from their perspective, how can we use shopper insights to get a best in class brand representation how do we guide and inform the distributors and retailers using our insights?
- NPD - how do support the launch of new products?
- Activation - are the campaigns all combined and integrated, is it all working in harmony?
These are the questions the business is asking, and hopefully you've got the experience to find and guide on the answers.
It'll be varied and super exciting as this role serves to 'pioneer' not follow the trends.
