This Role

Sitting within the Veterinary Technical team, the Veterinary Technical Executive will support the business by using their Vet Nurse expertise and experience to deliver exceptional customer and veterinary technical support to both consumers and veterinary professionals. They will enhance product understanding through training and resource development and play a crucial role in managing adverse events.

Additionally, the role involves engaging in educational initiatives, analysing customer feedback, attending events, and supporting the growth of our 'mobility aid' business.

What you need to deliver

• To help the business deliver exceptional service to both consumers and vet professionals by delivering support and answering technical questions for Customer Care in a timely manner in both the UK and US.

• To maintain the reputation and credibility of the business by ensuring customer care have an excellent knowledge of all products by taking on full ownership of delivering a technically accurate knowledge resource as well as providing ongoing training as appropriate.

• To ensure the delivery of exceptional support of customers, reporting, managing, and resolving adverse events through communication in a caring and professional manner both with the customer and vet where necessary, working alongside the Veterinary Technical manager where appropriate

• To meet Regulatory and Quality requirements by logging adverse events both for the US and the UK in a timely manner and working with Quality where appropriate to perform root cause analysis, monitor our databases, perform trend analysis, and apply learnings to continually improve our products and services.

• To help grow the knowledge base centred around our Mobility Aid and Environmental products by developing expertise in this area and becoming our 'mobility aid' champion.

• To help maintain the scientific credibility of the business by attending both consumer and veterinary events and providing infield and key opinion leader support where appropriate.

• To deliver veterinary insights to help educate the public on animal health by supporting marketing with articles, blogs, and video content, as well as their sign off, where appropriate.

• To track and analyse customer insight and feedback as assigned in support of Marketing and Activator team objectives.

• To help ensure the smooth running of the business by supporting on administrative and business led ad hoc tasks as requested by cross functional teams.

What you need to succeed

• A Registered Vet Nurse with experience working in small animal practice.

• Experience running mobility clinics in practice and a strong interest in pet mobility an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• A proactive can-do attitude

• You demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• You're highly collaborative and foster a positive mindset.

• Able to deal well with ambiguity and resilient in the face of pressure.

• You have outstanding planning and time management skills and can prioritise workload effectively.

• You are enthusiastic and have a passionate commitment to animal care.

• You are enthusiastic and have a genuine love for pets
