Steve Evans side face an early start, with Boro facing a trip to Merseyside on Saturday, July 30 when they take on Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park on the opening day of the 2022-23 Sky Bet League Two campaign.

In September the Broadhall Way outfit make long treks to Crewe Alexandra and Bradford City, along with three home games against Sutton United, Newport County and Harrogate Town.

October sees Boro on their travels in four out of the six games, either side of home ties against Swindon and Northampton Town. We take on Hartlepool United at home and Grimsby Town away in November, as well as the First Round of the FA Cup.

The Christmas period sees Stevenage travel to east London to play Leyton Orient on Boxing Day, before they host Crawley Town on Saturday, December 29.

Evans then faces former club Gillingham on New Year's Day in North Herts before trips to Swindon and Harrogate follow, ending the month with two home games in a row against Leyton Orient and Crewe Alexandra.

February and March has Boro taking on Bradford City, Tranmere Rovers, Walsall and Salford City in SG2, ahead of the April run-in.

The club's last four at home sees them welcome Colchester United, AFC Wimbledon, Doncaster Rovers and Grimsby Town.
