Wrest Park, Women and Inheritance - Adam Smith
Wrest Park, near Silsoe in Beds, is a magnificent manor house of the 1830s set in a beautiful garden landscape.
It was used as a hospital during the first world war, and more recently as a venue for The Antiques Roadshow in 2019.
We will hear about the women who came to inherit Wrest Park, and what they did with the estate.
