A big thank you from Hitchin Nub News as our success story grows!
A big thank you from Hitchin Nub News as our success story grows!

Nub News is the talk of towns up and down the country as we grow bigger every week across the land!

We are fast approaching 50 towns across England that have a Nub News online newspaper - and we're now fortunate enough to count Hitchin among that lucky number.

Between us we notch up many hundreds of thousands of visitors every week - with Hitchin's figures rising every day!

We've also reached 500 Facebook 'likes' and counting in a matter of weeks!

Nub News is growing all the time thanks to YOU - and we smashed through 500 'likes' on our Facebook page since we launched recently in our town.

We're fast establishing ourselves as Hitchin's go-to for in-depth local news, views, features and events.

Our numbers are growing all the time on other platforms too, we're closing in on 500 Twitter followers, while over on Instagram our numbers are nudging 100 as we celebrate our town in pictures too.

We've also been busy penning UP CLOSE features that focus on local people and businesses doing great things in our town - with many more articles to come.

The reason for our success?

Apart from the fact our website has no annoying adverts, pop-ups or clickbait, we're growing every day because we CARE about our town - because we live in it and we LOVE it.

We have unrivalled contacts that no other publication can match and we know our town inside out.

We're not a faceless website based in another town far away we take pride in living in our community.

We care passionately about bringing you the best and brightest stories all day, every day.

So, a big thank you to everyone who has taken the trouble to read us so far - help us grow even more by spreading the word and telling all your friends, family and colleagues about us - and get them to 'like' us on Facebook.

Hitchin Nub News aims to support our community, promoting shops, businesses, charities, clubs and sports groups

You can also help us grow by adding your business to our Local List - all part of our FREE service for the town.

Additionally, a growing number of local businesses, sports teams and organisations have taken advantage of Hitchin Nub News' free What's On directory.

Our Nub News online newspaper is viewed by many thousands of people each and every week - so it is the perfect platform for advertising your event.

Do so completely free of charge, in just a few minutes, to put your business in front of our local readership.

Your event could be a sale, a day of special offers, or even a weekly event that you want to advertise.

To get onto our What's On page, all you have to do is:

  • Visit our What's On page by clicking here
  • Click on the black 'Nub It' button
  • Enter your events' details in the page that pops up.
