Join us for a fun fundraising morning at Goslings.
Next Page Books will be with us selling a range of inclusive children's books and offering storytime and crafts. We will also have Messy Play and refreshments available.

Location: Market Place, Hitchin (day) and the Block (evening)
This year there is a full day celebrating diverse culture for all to enjoy. The event will take place in two parts. From 10am – 4pm on the Market place, there will food and a variety of independent trader stalls, live performances, crafting and a DJ.
Hitchin Market will be hosting an iconic figure picture trail for children to get stuck into.
Look out for some key figures in history such as Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King.
The evening will be Hosted in partnership with THE BLOCK Hitchin from 6 – 10:30pm
Enjoy a beverage whilst taking part in an informal networking session for an eclectic mix of business. This will be followed by a riveting and informative discussions and talks about mental health before we break and finish the evening with performances and live music.

The Bancroft Players and The Queen Mother Theatre, Hitchin are proud to present an amateur production of Jez Butterworth's amazing play, THE FERRYMAN.
It's Northern Ireland in 1981, The Troubles are in full swing. The Carney family is preparing for the yearly harvest as they always do, following a hard day's work with a night of celebration. This year, though, something is different.
Winner of Best New Play in every major awards ceremony in London and New York of 2017, 2018 and 2019 - this show is going to be one you'll not want to miss - grab a ticket now before it's too late!

Don't forget the forthcoming Black History Month
Our Black History Month film season is back.
This October Broadway Cinema & Theatre will be celebrating Black History Month with a carefully curated programme of film showcasing inspirational black stories, artists and directors.
Returning for its third year, Broadway's Black History Month film festival will run from October 3 to October 16 and feature an inspirational lineup of film including BlackKklansman, Purple Rain and Dreamgirls.
There will also be special Kids Club screenings of Space Jam, Spiderman into the Spiderverse and the 2014 remake of Annie, with tickets just £1.75.
